Insulock Thermocovers are backed by a comprehensive 5-year warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect even after prolonged use—we will repair it at no cost or replace it at our discretion. Please note, this warranty does not extend to damage resulting from accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural fading of colours over time.
